Shipping policy

All Moure Riche orders are processed after purchase confirmation.

Please allow 2–3 weeks for order processing, production, quality control, and shipment. Because our products may be made in limited quantities and/or produced after purchase, shipping times may vary depending on order volume, supplier processing, carrier delays, and product availability.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS if provided at checkout.

Moure Riche is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, Moure Riche is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or rerouting the package.

If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Moure Riche is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
